Companies the wait-and-see phase can make productive use of the “wait.”

Here are three ways.

  1. Start using Segmentation reporting and analysis on a regular basis - a tool for all seasons with its far reaching spotlight.

  2. Make an assessment at some level of degree and urgency. Use segmentation to see where and how hard will tariffs hit. Urgency means how concerned should you be, knowing that sizeable figures can be involved.

  3. Create a shorter strategic cycle. Think of strategy not as an offsite staff meeting every three years but rather a rolling dialogue by segment fueled by regular strategic data support and feedback.
