The way that we can help you comes from our commitment to the BirdTraffic Method

The method is to:

1- identify a concerning result and make it an Entry Point (numerous ways a result can become concerning)

2a- This result, and likely a cluster of related results, become the SELECT for prioritization in our Owl module, thereby connecting with past and future performance data and goals. 2b - This requires the Pace Car for Result Lines add-in.

3a- Our Crow module will store and organize the data (and its refreshing) for the term of the SETUP, the time it is in focus. 3b - This requires the Pace Car for Excel system

4- Our Eagle module will display the data, past and future, in multiple useful ways, also for the term of the SETUP. This also requires the Pace Car for Excel system.

5a- We SURROUND the results in the Hawk module with analysis that compares the “headed here” results to the targeted outcomes needed for the company to achieve overall goals reported in Owl.

5b- An add-in called Pace Car Result Leads reports on any and all parts of the process that become “leads” to make into strategic moves. This is like developing a sales lead report for the sales force.

6a- All this activity has been reported to the team collaboration tool Trello in an application called Pace Car for Trello. 6b- Participants on Trello contribute to the development of strategic moves to influence results to return to or reach Owl targets. A preliminary toolkit for this is part of the Pace Car for Trello report.
