We Serve
A Financial Charter will require the setting of guidelines for each of the three goals areas: Profit, Cash and Equity. They need to have time periods associated with them - for example quarterly goals for two years or annual goals form two years. A single result measure could work, or a cluster of results measure on the same issue.
