Welcome VIPAR
Welcome VIPAR Stockholders
Welcome VIPAR and Power Heavy Duty stockholders to the MAW BirdTraffic website!
I am Ken Seal. I have a Financial Planning & Analysis practice under the name of BirdTraffic, Inc, that has just been added to the Business Services list of businesses committed to serving you. It is an honor, and I look forward to the interaction with you.
You may know that I have a history with VIPAR going back to the time they were based in sleepy Williamsburg, VA. I have served three CEO’s, David Rex, Steve Crowley and now Chris Baer, on a host of financial management tasks, and it has been a highlight for me.
Now is the time to focus on offering you a financial planning & analysis service that can really make a difference. If you are willing to subscribe to a monthly exchange of data and management dialogue, we have a process that will pay off for you.
The Pace Car system specializes in locating components of your results that are candidates for strategies for improvement, and it offers a tool kit for influencing the parties in position to help.
Please consider joining in on this approach. I look forward to meeting you.

BirdTraffic Method History
If you are wondering where the name BirdTraffic comes from, here it the derivation.
I have for years inched along a software-as-a-service offering called BirdTraffic. It was based on a set of four capabilities I believed required to do this. I still believe that today. They now drive Pace Car.
The four capabilities are:
To this day, these capabilities live. The Pace Car Path, which is the lifeblood of the performance improvement approach for its attention to long term, blended goals, comes directly from the Owl capability.
The Variance Advantage from Pace Car, the idea of using variances to construct strategic moves, comes directly from the Hawk capability - the focus on influencing results from accounting. An idea not well understood.
The SAAS software, called Pace Car for Excel, is completely based on the Crow capability. It sits on a database organized to support what became the Pace Car method.
And the Eagle concept for display of results, is a combination report, line chart, comment holder and reference to the cluster belonged to. This too is embedded in Pace Car.
