Result-Making was conceived by the Maryland Association of Wholesaler-Distributors, a BirdTraffic company
The name MAW BirdTraffic reflects its two initiatives - industry - content (once under the name of Maryland Association of Wholesaler-Distributors, and financial management driven by results using the BirdTraffic “result-making” methodology.
Result-Making services are ways BirdTraffic can provide supplemental accounting and analysis to independent wholesale distribution companies solely for the purpose of targeting and influencing results that meet the right owner goals.
It was created by Ken Seal, a CPA who believes that accounting can do more than it does in explanations and exerting influence.
The supplemental features we want you to build, or let us help you build, are divided into four categories that form our Result-Making Grid:
Vision, which we call Owl - we want overarching goals completely baked into all decision support reporting.
Data, which we call Crow - we want existing sources leveraged and made efficient to speed implementation of helpful tools.
Decision, which we call Eagle - we want the best view in front of people who make results, that is people who commit the company to actions which become results.
Influence, which we call Hawk - we want those committers to be influenced to best represent the company in every decision.
