Our Result-Making tool runs of a configured data set that comes from this Result Board.

It drives our method, our effort, your effort, and the success of our mutual efforts.

Results come in clusters . . .

Results have time periods, past and future . . .

Results have levels and stratifications . . .

We can’t do Result-Making in a general ledger system.

The need for decision support is ultimately the need for making a desired result.

The needs arise at peak planning or analysis times and at any other times throughout the year as situations are confronted.

Meeting these needs is the purpose of Result-Making, and organizing the results for this is the key first step, called Section A of this site.

Our results include items in the general ledger, not in the general ledgers and also non-financial results as needed.

We use universal numbers which plough through to strategy issues.

We do not do Big Data - we are not a business analytics solution.

But we benefit from the business analytics that exist. The vital stratifications that emerge there are key inputs into Result-Making.
