Path Manager

The backbone tool of Pace Car is Path Manager which can provide this guidance for the stretch of time and the result drivers needed to address your financial management issue of the moment.
Path Manager is one of the three main components of the Pace Car subscription.
Gap Manager
We would like to demonstrate how Pace Car can help close your achievement gaps. We identify and measure these gaps as being the spaces between the “Should Be Here” path line and the “Headed Here” path line. We’ll explain how we do this in the description of Gap Manager.
Closing gaps is one of the best ways to first use your subscription to Pace Car. There is more information on this under Onboarding.
Storage Manager
The unsung here of the Pace Car lineup is Storage Manager. In this database we maintain everything you have provided us, every analysis we performed on that data and our current projections for all result drivers.
This not only provides you with answers of what is contained in our reports, but it is downloadable for you to use in your own budgeting and reporting.
All three components use the PACE Charter at least to some extent.
With a Pace Car subscription you will benefit from our guidance tool called PACE Charter, A charter historically is a grant of authority given to an entity. We use the term here as subscribers making agreements with themselves as to what the overarching necessary financial results are, over time, for them. These are stated in terms of Profit, Assets, Cash Flow and Equity, hence PACE. When you subscribe, we work on a PACE Charter set for you - just 4-6 key measures, modified as needed, that can generate a family of company results to use for short and long term plan implementation. They are goals but also they are guardrails. You can see how this works in our demonstration company pages.
